I WILLIAM WAUGH {mm note: abstract error} of Stafford County being sick .. but of perfect memory thanks be to Almighty God ., do ordain this my last will & testament .. hereby revoking all other .. in form following Item I give & bequeath my soul into the hands of almighty God .. buried at the discretion of my Executors hereafter named.. Item I give unto my Loving Son TRAVERS WAUGH all my land in Fairfax County on North side of Occoquan for want of heirs to my loving son JOSEPH WAUGH and heirs of his body lawfully begotten & for want of heirs to my loving son GOWRY WAUGH and his heirs .. Item I give to my loving son Travers Waugh my Gold Ring .. I do hereby appoint my trusty friend JAMES WAUGH and my loving son Gowry Waugh my Executors ., this 26th day October 1747.

      I JOHN TYLER of King George County .. revoking all wills made before this 4th day of November 1755 .. as to my body my will is that it be Decently buried in Falmouth Church Yard without
      much noise or funeral .. I bequeath to my beloved wife MARY the use of all my estate .. at her second marriage or death I give to my Grandson TYLER WAUGH my plantation whereon I now live laying in King George & Stafford Counties containing 200 acres.. in lieu of a piece of land in Fairfax County containing about 250 acres which WILLIAM WAUGH notwithstanding the said land was Intailed left in his will to his son THOMAS .,
      to my Grandson WILLIAM WAUGH;
      to my Grandson THOS WAUGH;
      to my Granddaughter PRICELLA WAUGH .. and a pott commonly called my Grand Mothers Pott;
      to my granddaughter MILLION WAUGH . I leave two negroes in the hands of my Executors for the use of my Daughter MARGARET for her support .. without any benefit to DANIEL ROYALHY her wicked & ill disposed Husband who I disclaim for his ill treatment of her as unworthy to be called my son in law • appoint my worthy friend and benefactor CHARLES CARTER Esqr. of Stanstid also HARRY TYLER and JOHN FITZHUGH of Stafford to be Executors .

      Pages 195-199. ,March 19, 1733. John Waugh of Parish of Overwharton in Co. of Stafford, planter to James Waugh of same and William Waugh of same.....John Waugh late of said Parish and Co., Gent. decd father of them said John, James, and William, being in his life time seized in his demisne as of fee of and in several missuages lands....one tract containing 1200a upon head of Patowmack Run in Stafford and King George granted by one Joseph Waugh dec. to John Waugh dec.....one other tract of 523 a. on Occoquon River above the falls at the run called North Run in Stafford Co.....one other tract of 602 a. on north side of Occoquon River upon Wolf Run.... near the Indian path....corner of 902 a. of land belonging to Robert Carter Esq. ....John Waugh the father did by his last will at Oct. 8, 1716 give unto his son William Waugh 600 a. part of the above mentioned tract of 1200 a. upon the head of Patowmack Run and by his will devises the residue of the said 1200 a. and of the other two tracts of land above mentioned and his son Thomas Waugh (brother of the said John, James, and William) 600 a. part of tract of 1200 a. upon the head of Patowmack adjoining to land which I gave to my son William Waugh and granted to me by my brother oseph Waugh....Thomas Waugh shall have all my lands in the fork of Occoquon being 528 a. and also give unto my son Thomas Waugh 606 a. upon east and west of Wolf Run....Thomas Waugh is since dead without issue as the several lands and revert to said John, James, and William and agreed that said premisses shall be equally divided....partition as follows ....John Waugh shall have 525 a. on Occoquon River above the falls called North. Run granted to John Waugh dec Sept. 20, 1710....James Waugh shall have 602 a. on north side of Occoquon River upon Wolf Run near mouth thereof granted to John Waugh Feb. 24, 1709.... William Waugh to have 600 a. being northermost part of 1200 a.
      on head of Patowmack Cr. which was granted to John Waugh dec. by his brother Joseph. Signed John Waugh, James Waugh, William Waugh Wit: John Awbrey, Peter Mauzy, Tho. Owsley, Tho. Pearson.
      At court March 20, 1733 this deed of partition between John Waugh, James Waugh, and William Waugh was acknowledged by said parties.

      THIS INDENTURE made the 5th day of February in the year of our Lord one thousand seven hundred and Fifty Two Between DANIEL ROYALTY and MARGARET his Wife of the Parish of Overwharton & County of STAFFORD of one part & JOHN TYLER of the Parish of Brunswick and County of KING GEORGE of the other part. Whereas WILLIAM WAUGH late of the County of Prince William deceased was in his lifetime seiz'd and in possession of divers & sundry parcells of land being in the Countys of Prince William and FAIRFAX & the aforesaid MARGARET as Widow of the said WILLIAM WAUGH having her dower in the said lands This Indenture Witnesseth that the aforesaid DANIEL ROYALTY and MARGARET his Wife for the sum of Eighteen pounds Seven shillings current money of Virginia hath granted all the right or Interest which they have or may claim as the said MARGARETs Jointure or Dover in the said lands during her natural life or to the Houses, Gardens, Orchards, Waters or appurtenances thereunto belonging and the said DANIEL ROYALTY and MARGARET his Wife doth granted with sd JOHN TYLER his heirs and assigns that at all times hereafter enjoy the said lands without Interuption of them. In Witness whereof said DANIEL ROYAL and MARGARET his Wife hath set their hands and seals
