      There is no will that survived. The document is an estate record confirming the estate administrator.

      The land deed of 1658: This is Thomas Harris, died 1672, with his first wife Eleanor George, living for awhile in Surry County, Virginia, near his brother John, and Thomas selling one of his plantations on the Pagan River in Isle of Wight County, Virginia.

      The witness Thomas Taberer was the father in law to John Newman, who married Ruth Taberer, and John Newman was the future brother in law to Thomas Harris, died 1672, who married as his 2nd wife, Alice Newman, sister of John Newman Jr. and daughter of John Newman Sr. and Robyn Atterton.
