      Indenture made November 29, 1775; John Young, planter formally of PGCo but now of Frederick County, Maryland in consideration of 242 pounds current money paid by John Rogers, attorney at law of PGCo has sold all that tract heretofore on June 24, 1741 sold and conveyed by Samuel Magruder to William Young the father of the aforesaid John Young containing 144 acres and being part of a larger tract called "Good Luck" and bounded by land formerly belonging to John Magruder.
