      KNOW ALL MEN by these presents that wee RICHARD TALIAFERRO, JOHN: SOMMERVILE and THOMAS WHITE of Richmd. County are held and firmly bound unto the worshipfull Justices of the County of Richmond in the sum of Five hundred pounds current money of Virginia payable to said Justices to which payment we bind our selves our heirs by these presents as Witness our hands & seals this seventh day of March Anno Dom. 1710
      The Condition of this obligation is such that if RICHARD TALIAFERO shall pay unto RICHARD, MARTHA and CATHERINE TALIAFERO, Legatees of MARTHA (this name is blurred by ink - (W)INDFEILD) late in New England deced or to whom it shall of right belong all such estate belonging to said Legatees as the said Legatees shall attaine to lawfull ages or when required by the said Court, and also save and keep harmless the said Justices their heirs from all trouble that may arise about the estate, then this obligation to be void, otherwise to remaine and be in full force and vertue
