      Wit: JAMES TAYLOR, John Brown

In 1680's JAMES TAYLOR married MRS. ELIZABETH BROWN, widow of William Brown. By Mar 1695, Mrs. Elizabeth Brown Taylor is deceased and James Taylor has moved from Richmond County, Virginia. to Westmoreland County, Virginia. and claims that he is not responsible for a
legacy bequeathed to his late wife's daughter, Elizabeth Brown(who married Alexander Spence).
