ii. Mary Berry was born in Frederick County, Virginia, and died BEF APR 1845 in Uniontown, Union County, Kentucky.
iii. Reuben Berry was born 1754 in Frederick County, Virginia, and died BEF 16 SEP 1844 in Uniontown, Union County, Kentucky.
iv. Joseph Berry was born ABT 1760 in King George County, Virginia, and died BEF 1849 in Uniontown, Union County, Kentucky.
v. Thornley Berry was born ABT 1763 in King George County, Virginia, and died ABT 1850 in Uniontown, Union County, Kentucky. He married Betsy W. Kendall 16 MAY 1800 in Frederick County, Virginia.
vi. Benjamin Berry was born 1 MAR 1766 in King George County, Virginia, and died 5 JUL 1849 in Fayette County, Kentucky. He married Jane Bell 1796 in Frederick County, Virginia.
vii. William Berry was born 26 OCT 1768 in Frederick County, Virginia, and died 18 NOV 1847 in Heaters, Braxton County, WV. He married Agnes Kitchin 18 JUN 1790 in Frederick County, Virginia. She was born 1770, and died 26 NOV 1809. He married Cynthia Triplett 12 AUG 1810. She was born 17 OCT 1787, and died 2 MAR 1865 in Braxton County, WV.
viii. Winifred Berry was born ABT 1770 in King George County, Virginia, and died BEF 1815 in Hopkins, Kentucky. She married Benjamin Berry 21 DEC 1789 in Frederick County, Virginia. He was born BEF 29 MAY 1771 in Stafford County, Virginia, and died APR 1834 in Hopkins, Kentucky.
ix. John Berry was born 5 AUG 1776 in Frederick County, Virginia, and died 28 OCT 1832 in Lexington, Fayette County, Kentucky. He married Maria Munden Bell 8 JAN 1808 in Lexington, Fayette County, Kentucky.
x. Peter Berry was born 3 SEP 1782 in Frederick County, Virginia, and died 22 APR 1869 in Uniontown, Union County, Kentucky. He married Margaret Davis, daughter of John Davis and Mary Hodge.
xi. Lucy Berry was born 1785 in Frederick County, Virginia, and died in Uniontown, Union County, Kentucky.

Indenture made 22nd/23rd December 1758 between BENJAMIN BERRY of parish Hanover & county King George one of the sons and devisees named in the last will and testament of JOSEPH BERRY late of same parish & county Deceased and ELIZABETH his wife of one part and CHARLES CARTER Esqr. of same .. Whereas Joseph Berry the Testator was in his life time and at the time of his death possessed in his Demesne of a good estate and in a certain parcel of land in King George County containing 250 acres .. departed this life on (blank) day of November 1749 having first made his last will and testament in writing whereby he bequeathed the said parcel of land being the plantation whereon he then lived unto his two sons BENJAMIN BERRY & JOSEPH BERRY .. and whereas the parcel of land has been divided since the decease of the Testator and held separately between Benjamin and Joseph Berry and the said Benjamin hath agreed to sell his part to Charles Carter for Two hundred and Twenty pounds Three shillings and nine pence current money of Virginia Now This Indenture witnesseth .. Benjamin Berry and Elizabeth his wife have sold that parcel of land containing in the whole 100 acres .. said piece of land being part of a larger quantity of land originally granted to ENOCH DOUGHTY on whose death the same descended to his Daughter MARGARET DOUGHTY who intermarried with WILLIAM BERRY Father by the said Margaret of the said Joseph Berry the Testator ..

Know all men .. I BENJAMIN BERRY of county King George am firmly bound unto CHARLES CARTER of same county Esquire in penal sum of Four hundred and forty pounds Seven shillings and six pence current money of Virginia .. 23rd December 1758. Condition .. Benjamin Berry & Elizabeth his wife shall well and truly acknowledge said deeds of lease and release within eight months in the County Court of King George ..

WHEREAS JOHN THORNLEY late of King George County did in his life time put into the possession of each of his Children, one Negro, namely to his Daughter, ELIZABETH. one Negro girl named Alice; to his Daughter, MARY, one Negro girl named Winny, to his Son, AARON THORNLEY one Negro boy named Daniel, to his Son, JOHN, one Negro boy named Isaac, and to his Son, EPAPHRODITUS one Negro boy named Cyrus, and did on his death bed desire that his said Children should keep and possess the said Negros for ever: And Whereas no such Gift is lawfull and the Widow of the said JOHN THORNLEY, deceased, have a Right of Dower in the said slaves, We therefore the Widow and the Children of JOHN THORNLEY, deceased, and their Representatives have mutually agreed to make over & confirm to each other lawfull right & possession of the slaves and their increase they are or were in possession of; And do agree by these presents for our selves our heirs to give and grant to each other our Right Title and Claim to each of the slaves and their increase for ever; And further that this Agreement be recorded in the County aforesaid, In Witness whereof we have hereunto set our hands and seals this 2d. day of September 1779
