      BILLINGTON, LUKE, of ffarnham parish in Rappa County.
      Of sound and perfect memory.
      To my beloved wife Barbary Billington the house wherein I now dwell with all moveables and immoveables and Lands belonging thereunto belonging to the sd Plantation with all the Cattle belonging to me as mares and horses sheepes and all the grain and come and wheat servants and all my household goods within doors and without during the term of hir natural life and after her decease to fall to my son Luke Billington and his heirs forever and I doe oblige my sd wife to provide and give unto my sd daughter Elizabeth at hir day of marriage either a man servant or a maid servant of times as servants come into this country to serve.
      I give unto my son Luke Billington the mountain field wherein now Richard Peacock liveth to him and his heirs for ever and in case he dieth without issue then the sd land to be divided between his fower sisters here nominated being Elitia and Elizabeth and Jane and Barbary my daughters and in case that any or either of my sd daughters shall die without issue that the sd land belong to their survivor or survivors.
      I doe oblige my sonne Luke to give and deliver at the day of marriage of my daughters Jane and Barbary to each of them a man servant or a maid servant for the full time or terme of years as servants serve their lawful apprenticeship in this Country.
      I give and bequeath unto my daughter Elitia three hundred and fifty acres of land belonging to the mountain fields as by pattent purchased appeareth and if my said daughter dieth without issue that then the sd land fall and be divided between my three daughters Elizabeth Jane and Barbary and in case any of them die without issue to fall to the survivor or survivors.
      I give unto my daughter Mary apeece of plate to the value of thirty shillings and to her sonne my grandchild William Daniell a yew with a yew lamb by her side.
      I do further appoint and oblige my wife to pay and satisfy all or any just debts weh shall be made appeare that I owe either by obligation or accounts.
      I make my wife Barbary my whole and sole Executrix of this my last will and Testamt. And further I desire my trusty and well beloved friends Mr William Travers and Mr Gyles Cale to be trustees of this my last will and Testamt. that to their power as much as in them lyeth it be performed. Further Dr. John Russell to be a trustee to this my last will with Mr William Travers and Mr Gyles Cale.

      CONDITIONS of AGREEMENT made & concluded upon the 27th February Between MORE FANTLEROY of the one part of the County of Rappahanock gent & JOHN REMERSE Mill-right belonging unto ACQUOMACK of the other part (Vizt) Imprimis it is Conditioned & agreed that the said JOHN REMERSE shall by the tventyeth day of December next Build Erect & compleatly finish a Substantial & Serviceable MILL for MORE FANTLEROY in the manner amplitude & form of the MILL which the aforesaid JOHN hath now here Erected & set up for LUKE BILLINGTON but more substantial according to the best skill & craft of the said JOHN to fit it to Grind with Oxen which Mill the said JOHN REMERSE will deliver on the Plantacon where the said FANTLEROY now dwelleth on the day aforesaid at the proper cost & charge of him the said JOHN & to the performance hereof the said JOHN REMERSE doth hereby bind himself in the penalty of One thousand pounds of Tobacco & Cask to be truly paid unto the said FANTLEROY his heirs or assignes upon the day above expressed in case that the said MILL be not substantially built (torn) so as to Grind at least One bushel of INDIAN CORN fit for Bread on the day aforesaid (missing) that the said JOHN REMERSE shall by writing or other Certaine means give (missing) truely notice when the said MILL is framed & all fixed ready to be set up (missing) oppertunity transported unto RAPPAHANOCK to the place above (missing) transportacon is to be done at the charges of the said FANTLEROY (missing) materialls of the said MILL by convenient (missing) receved on Board of such (missing) boat as the said FANTLEROY shall send for it or (missing) lastly Its conditioned & (missing) consideracon of the full Compleatment of the aforesaid work that the said FANTLEROY (missing) the said JOHN REMERSE sufficient Dyeu & Lodgings during the time that he is setting up (missing) within ten days after the said JOHN has (missing) abovesaid the sd FANTLEROY his heirs or assignes are hereby bound well & truly to pay or cause to be paid unto him the sd JOHN REMERSE the Sum of Six thousand pounds of Merchantable Tobacco & Cask in some convenient place in RAPPAHANOCK & to the true in (missing) performance of all & every (missing) & every particulr (missing) hereunto set their hands in presence of LUKE BILLINGTON, JOHN REMERSE

MORE FANTLEROY gent for a valluable consideracon to me in hand paid by LUKE BILLINGTON of the same County do by these presents grant & confirme unto the said LUKE BILL1NGTON a parcell of land containing One hundred & ten acres & four poles lying & being on the up side of FARNHAM CREEK in the County of Rappahanock begineth at a marked Oak that stands on a point facing on the aforesaid Creek thence extending (missing) Creeks side to another marked Oak standing on a point at the mouth of a small gutt that devides this & another Neck that belongs unto JOHN WILLIAMS thence a along the sd guts accnrding to its several] courses unto a marked Corner Spanish Oak at the head of the said Gut & nigh adjoyning to a white Oak Swamp thence cross this Neck by the Edge of a parcell of RICH LAND to a marked white Oak in swampy ground thence down the Neck to another Branch which is the appointed naturall bounds of this Neck & finally thence SE to the tree where this Land began with all proffits & appurtenances belonging to have and to hold the same unto LUKE BILLINGTON his heirs &assignes for ever paying the rents & services therefore and I the said Coll.
