- JNO. JONES by his petition sets forth to this Court that by a former Order of Court ye wayes leading to ye BACK Inhabitants were to be opened & clear'd & accordingly he as one of the said Inhabitants had then a conveniencey of passage to CHURCH & MILL, But now those passages are so shut up & obstructed (especially the way through Mr. GOODRICH's Plantacon) that he is forced to goe by the way of another County either to CHURCH or MILL which prove so tedious & inconvenient that he is of meer necessity compelled to have recourse to this Court for ye speedy opening & clearing those ancient ROADS now soe debarr'd; On consideracon whereof this Court have ordered that ye sd JONES have a BRIDLE ROAD from his own Plantacon to Church & Mill through the said GOODRICHs Plantacon
