p. 315 In Name of God Amen I DANIEL FRENCH of Stafford County Planter being sick but of perfect memory do make this my Last Will & Testament .. in first place I bequeath to Mother CATHERINE FRENCH of Westmoreland County after my just debts are paid all my whole Estate Real & Personal to her forever.
In second place I appoint my beloved friend JOHN WASHINGTON my whole executor 19th Sept 1755.
