Mottrom to have such of the household staff or shall be convenient for her according to the appraisement, and to give the said Presly a just account of all things which he have in his custody belonging to that estate and for the better enableing the said Presly to manage their estate and pay the debts, a Commission of administration to issue to the said Presly there upon he giving caution to the court to save them harmless and also to give security to deal justly therein and such allowence to be given to the said Presly for hispaines and the clothing and diet of the said children wheresoever they shall be kept as the Overseers can agree on not exceeding the annual benefit and produce of their estates due by the will and that what estate remains in being shall not be effected nor alienated to any other use then to the orphans, under the ordering of the said Presly provided always that the debts be duely paid and that the widow shall have her due thirds of land and personal estate and Col.
