      Whereas the Honble NICHOLAS SPENCER Esqr. did by his Letter to this Court commend Mr. WILLIAM FARMER to be Feofee in Trust for the Estate of Major JOHN MOTTROM, deceased, and did therein oblige himself that the said FARMER shall yearly give an Account thereof, this Court doe order that the said FARMER be admitted as a Feoffee in Trust into that Estate and that he take a full and just Inventory of that Estate and exhibite it into this Court and that yearly he bring in an Account thereof to the Court

      Whereas PETER BYRAM complained to this Court that JEFFERY JOHNSON [being Brother to himselfe] was at his [the said JEFFERY's request] permitted to stay with his Wife and Children for some small time at his House who had not been long entered but by force of armes kept possession of the House threatning him, the said BYRAM] and family to their great sorrow and prayed that a Writt of habere facias might issue to the Sheriffe him commanding for to possesse the said BYRAM with the land and premises &c., This Cause is referred to a Jury whose names are underwritten vizt.
