      TO ALL TO WHOM this present writeing Indented shall come Know ye that ANN BUCKNER of County of Gloucester do by these presents, for naturall Love and affection which I have to my Son JOHN BUCKNER of County of Exsex, & other causes give unto him the said John Buckner in his actuall possession now being & to his heirs all those lands in County of Essex whereof his Father JOHN BUCKNER late of the County of Glocester dyed Seized Except five hundred acres given & bequeathed by his said Father to WILLIAM BUCKNER Brother to him the aforesaid first mentioned John Buckner To Hold the said land except as before excepted unto the said John Buckner In Witness whereof I the said Ann Buckner have set my hand & seal this 17th day of July 1727
