I give to my Son THOMAS FITZHUGH 500 acres of land where he now lives being part of Wilkinson's Patent & bounded as followeth Vizt Beginning at SE corner of 100 acres of land formerly leased JOHN PAYTON the elder running from thence E 158 p to Eastermost line of Wilkinson's Patent thence along that line South .. Then North bounding on the land formerly leased to CHRISTOPHER THRAIKILL to land formerly leased to the sd John Payton the Elder thence East to the Beginning. The ad land to my son Thomas and his heirs. I give to my son Thomas one moiety of my Brent Town land now in his possession according to a Division lately made by his Brother HENRY to him my son Thomas and heirs ..

Item I give to my Son WILLIAM FITZHUGH two tracts of land which I purchased from JOHN WARNER Surveyor now lying in County of Fairfax & Loudoun. To William and his his heirs
Item I give to my son Henry in Lieu & in consideration of the 200 acres of land part of Wilkinson's Patent devised to my said son Thomas & whereof my said son Henry is Tennant in Tail all the Tract of land near Accokick Run which i bought of RICHARD FOOTE &, others also 100 acres of land which I bought of BENJAMIN COLECLOUGH likewise all my lands within Bounds of the Church Quarter Patent I had partly be a purchase from ROBERT DADE & partly by a Surplis Patent I give all the sd Tract to my son Henry & Heirs but should my son Henry or his Heirs or any claiming under him or them lay claim to the 500 acres part of Wilkinson's Patent devised to my son Thomas and heirs or molest my son Thomas .. in that case I give all lands devised to my son Henry as aforad to my son Thomas and heirs.
Item I give to my Daughter SUSANNA 400 pounds current money of Virginia and five Slaves (named) I also give my said Daughter a good bed and suitable furniture.

Item I give my stock of horses, cattle hogs & sheep to my son Henry Fitzhugh & I bequeath all the remainder of my Estate after my debts & legacies are paid to my four sons Henry, Thomas, John & William except the slaves Dic: & his Wife Diana which I give to my son Henry the residue to be equally divided amongst them my said sons. I appoint my son Henry confideing in his Honour & Integrity my sole Executor of this my last will & Testament .. witness my hand .. 18th June 1757.
