      The Last Will and Testament of GEORGE GREEN, deceased, was presented in Court by ELIZABETH GREEN, the Executrix, who made Oath thereto, and being proved by the Oaths of NEAL McCORMACK and WILLIAM TIPPETT, witnesses thereto, is admitted to Record; And on motion of the Executrix and her performing what is usuall in such cases, Certificate is granted her for obtaining a Probate thereof in due forme

      ROWLAND THORNTON, ISAAC ARNOLD, WILLIAM REED and WILLIAM PITMAN or any three of them some- time between this and the next Court are appointed to appraise all and singular the Estate of GEORGE GREEN, deced., in money, which shall be presented to their view and make report thereof to the said next Court. JONATHAN GIBSON, Gent., or any other Justice of the Peace for this County, is requested to administer an Oath to the Appraisers for their true appraisment of the Decedent's Estate as also to ELIZA- BETH GREEN, the Executrix, for her true discovery thereof
