p. 56 Will of HANNAH COLCLOUGH. I Hannah COLCLOUGH of Stafford County being sick and weak .. give and bequeath unto my son CHARLES COLCLOUGH (bed, cattle and utensils) .. one gold ring, two servants ., unto ANN COLCLOUGH (bed, cattle, wearing cloaths) .. into my Brother RICHARD CHAPMAN one young heifer, one suit of my husbands wearing c]oaths .. unto my two Cousins RICHARD & THOMAS WALKER one heifer apiece .. unto my two Sisters one suit of my wearing cloaths apiece .. unto my Brother BENJAMIN CHAPMAN all the rest of my Estate .. appoint my Brother Benjamin Chapman my sole Executor .. this 18th day November 1700.
Presence Wm. Buckner, Ann Johnson Hannah COLCLOUGH Proved in open Court the 12th day of March 1700 .. and then recorded. (Refer page 19 for Exhibit of will as it appears in Court Records)
