      Nathaniel Jones aged 24 years or there abouts sworn and examined saith that he heard Thomas Baker and Thomas Knight both say unto him in the time that Thomas Baker and Thomas Knight live upon the plantation with [-----] John Hillers that then this depon't heard Thomas Baker being in discourse concerning a boar of Mr. John Ham-] deceased Thomas Baker replyed saying the location my dog and I killed the boar and this depon't hath [--- ]Thomas Knight confessed the same being at that time both [-----] copartners in estates and also this depon't saith the said Baker and Knight said they did bury the same [-----] within the plantation and further this depon't saith the mark of Nathaniel Jones taken before Mr. Nathaniel Pope and Major Thomas Baldridge.

      Unto my children all my land here in Virginia equally.
      To each of my children foure cowes.
      If any of my children dye before they come of age, then all land and cattle to the survivors, and if all dye then properly my wife's. Neither they nor their heirs shall take from my wife any of the cleared (round during her life.
      1000 pounds of tobacco towards the building of a church here in this parish of Upper Muttchotick.
      To the first minister that shall bee settled in this parish one cow with increase to remain in the parish for the good of the minister forever.
      Unto Mary Mathe, the daughter of Robert Mathe of the said county, and God daughter to my wife, one cow calfe.
      Unto Judith Estass Daughter unto Thomas Estass one cow calfe when the child comes to the age of seaven yeeres.
