KNOW ALL MEN that I WALTER GRANGER do for good causes give unto THOMAS BAILEY the Son of ROBERT BAYLEY one yearling heiffer coulred black cropt in the left eare & slitt in the crop & slitt down the right ear & a peice taken out above the right ear To have & to hold the said yearling heaffer unto the said THOMAS BAYLEY his Exrs & assigns for ever with the increase male & female.
