I Henry Drake of King George County...give to my son Francis the Plantation called Percoson Plantation...the plantation whereon my son Francis now lives to my son Thomas Drake; plantation whereon Henry Howell now lives to my daughter Sarah Drake; plantation whereon John Kitchen now lives to my daughter Penelope Bowin; plantation in Richmond County to my daughter Hannah; to my wife Anne Drake the lotts of land and houses in Leeds Town that I bought of Mr. Brockenborough...after her decease to my daughter Fanny: lots of land adjoyning to the Warehouses to my son Francis: the lotts, houses etc., in Leeds Town that I bought of the Executors of Mr. Talbott to my son Thomas Drake; to my loving wife one sixth part of the Remainder of my Estate... after her death to my daughter Fanny; remainder of my estate to be equally divided between my sons Francis, Thomas my daughters Penelope, Sarah, and Hannah...I appoint my sons Francis Drake and Thomas Drake together with Thos.
