- Order of Administracon is granted to Mrs. PHEBE PEACHEY upon the Estate of her deced Husband, WM. PEACHEY, she giving in securitie &c.
- This day Mrs. PHEBE PEACHEY together wth: Capt. THO: BEAL & Mr. EDWARD JONES did acknowlege themselves indebted unto his Majties Justices for this County the just sum of Twenty thousand pounds of good tobacco in caske, to be paid &c. in case the said PHEBE PEACHEY shall not duely administer the Estate of her deced Husband, WM. PEACHEY, and render a true account thereof & surrender up the same when thereunto lawfully required
- Ordered that Mr. RAWLEIGH TRAVERS Mr, HENRY BRERETTON, Mr, JOHN SUGGITT, Mr. EDGCOMB SUGGITT or any three of them some time between this & the next Court to be helf for the said County do meet at the House of Mr. WM. PEACHEY late deced and do then & there inventory & appraise all & singular the Estate of the said deced, And make report of their proceedings therein to the said nit Court. Mr. JOHN BAKER is requsdted to be present at the time & place aforesaid to administer an Oath unto the said Appraisers for their due appraismt. as also to the Relict & Administrx. of the said deced for her true discovery of the said Estate

of Rappa in Virginia being bound for England.
To my kinsman Samuel Peachy Sr. 2000 pounds of Tob. in cask to bee paid by my Executors the next Crop, after administration. To his eldest son Samuel Peachy my Godchild one Ewe and Lamb To his youngest son William Peachy one three year old heifer and one ewe & lamb. To my Brother-in-law Henry Smith my bay mare. To my servant John Booler one cow and calf out of my stock. To Mr. Thomas Peenie the colt of my bay mare. To a minister of my Executrix her appointment 500 pounds of Tobacco to preach a sermon in remembrance of me. To my loving wife Phoebe Hodgkin all the remainder of my whole Estate in Virginia both personall and reall my debts being first paid. Appoints his wife to be his Executrix.

IN THE NAME OF GOD Amen I WILLIAM HODGKIN of Rappa in Virginia being bound for England and the dangers of the Sea to undergoe having my perfect sence & memory doe by these presents renounce and make void all former Wills and Testaments by me made and doe make this my Last Will and Testament
Imp. I give & bequeath my Soul to Almighty God which gave it me and my body to bee buried according to the Christian buriall and as for my temporal Estate I bequeath as followeth
1st I give and bequeath unto my Kinsman SAMUEL PEACHY SENIOR two thousand pounds of tobacco in Cask to be paid by my Executors the next Crop after Administration
It I give to his Eldest Sonne SAMUEL PEACHY my Godchild one Ewe and Lamb
It I give and bequeath to his youngest Sonne WILLIAM PEACHY one three yeare old heiffer and one ewe and lamb
It I give and bequeath to my Brother in Law HENRY SMITH my bay Mare
It I give and bequeath unto my Servant JOHN BOOLES one Cow and Calfe out of my Stock
It I give and bequeath unto Mr. THOMAS PEENIE the Colt of my bay Mare
It I give and bequeath unto a MINISTER of my Executrix hir appointment five hundred pounds of tobacco to preach a Sermon in remembrance of me Lastly I give and bequeath unto my loving Wife PHEEBE HODGKIN all the remaindr of my wholc estate in Virginia both personall and reall my debts being first
