It is now ordered by this Cort; that ROBT; HUGHES, THOMAS McCARTY, SYMON SALLETT & JOHN PILL doe upon their Oathes to bee administred by the nexte Justice, apprize the Inventory of the whole Estate of the saide HUGH BRENT and then devide it into foure equall parses and after the devision thereof, one fourth parte of the saide Estate bee delivered to the saide JOHN REDDCOCK wth: costs
