      GEORGE CROSBY and CHARLES BETTS are by the Court appointed Surveyors of the highways and ordered that they together with the inhabitants adjacent see the roads well cleared from the house of Mr. JOHN COCKERELL to the Church and from the Cross Roads called the Church and Thomas Berry's paths to the Office.
      It is also Ordered that JOHN WORNAM together with the Inhabitants adjacent clear the roads from Fair Fields Church to the horse head path etc.
      It is also Ordered that Mr. RICHARD HANYE and RICHARD SMITH be Overseers of the high ways and that they together with the inhabitants adjacent see the roads well cleared from the Horse head to the Court house.
      It is also Ordered DENNIS CONWAY and HENRY FRANKLIN be Overseers of the highways and that they together with the Inhabitants adjacent see the roads well cleared and the bridges repaired from the middle of the Great Swamp ...[Illegible] Feilding's Bridge to the Court house.
      It is also Ordered that JOHN CORBELL and JAMES WHITE be overseers of the highways and that they together with the Inhabitants adjacent see the roads well cleared in Newman's Neck and bridges repaired directing to the Church as also the road well cleared to the Church.
      Ordered that Mr. CHARLES HARRIS and THOMAS HARWOOD be overseers of the highways and that they together with the Inhabitants adjacent see the roads well cleared from tho throo poplars along Newman's Neck Path to the Office and the bridge well kept in repair as also clear a good Road by the plantation of THOMAS BARNES into the road between JOHN GRAHAM'S plantation and JOHN THOMAS and from the house of the said HARRIS to the office.
      It is also Ordered that EDWARD FIELDING and RICHARD NUTT together with the Inhabitants see their part of Fielding's Bridge repaired and made good as also well clear the Road to MAIZE's Path.
      It is also Ordered that ALEXANDER WITHERSTONE together with the Inhabitants adjacent see the Roads well cleared from MAYZ's Path to Scotland Mill and make or repair bridges if unfit?
      It is also Ordered that THOMAS FERNE together with the Inhabitants adjacent see the Roads well cleared from Scotland Mill to Doggett's Hole and Capt. WILLIAM JONES with the Inhabitants adjacent from there downwards.
      It is also Ordered that Mr. CHRISTOPHER NEALE together with the Inhabitants adjacent see the Roads well cleared from Mr. Dawson's Mill to the Mill called Cox's Mill to the Church and see the bridge well repaired called the Church bridge between the Church and Mr. RICHARD ROGERS.
      It is also Ordered that THOMAS MILLER together with the Inhabitants adjacent see the Roads well cleared on Cherry Point Neck and the upper bridge repaired and clear the Roads to Cox's Mill and to the Church.
      It is Ordered that STEPHEN WELLS and the said THOMAS MILLER together with the Inhabitants adjacent make a bridge at Cox's Mill and that the said WELLS together with the Inhabitants adjacent see the Roads well cleared from Cox's Mill to Flynt's Mill.
      Ordered that CHARLES MOOREHEAD together with the Inhabitants adjacent see the roads well cleared from the Horsehead Path to JOHN DUNAWAY's.
      Ordered that CLAUDE TULLOS together with the Inhabitants adjacent see the roads well cleared from Cherry Point Race to J.K. Path called the Ridge Path

      CHRISTOPHER NEALE and JANE his wife Executrix of Mr. RICHARD ROGERS deceased was arrested at the Suit of Mr. RAWL. TRAVERS assignee of ZECHARY NICHOLS for three thousand one hundred and two pounds of Tobacco and they have failed to appear and answer the said Suit. Order is therefore granted the said TRAVERS Assignee as abovesaid against Capt. WILLIAM JONES Sheriff for the said sum according to Law.
      An Attachment is Awarded the Sheriff against CHRISTOPHER NEALE and JANE his wife Executrix of Mr. RICHARD ROGERS for three thousand one hundred and eighty pounds of Tobacco with Costs returnable to the next Court.
