      The Last Will and Testament of JOHN ARMSTRONG, deced., was presented in Court by FRANCES ARMSTRONG his Executrix who made Oath thereto
      - ARMSTRONG, &c. acknowledge Bond
      FRANCES ARMSTRONG and RICHARD PEARLE came into Court and acknowledged their Bond for FRANCES ARMSTRONG's just and faithful' administration of the Estate of JOHN ARMSTRONG, deced., which is ordered to be recorded
      - ARMSTRONG's Estate to be appraised
      ROWLAND THORNTON, JEREMIAH BRONAUGH, WILLIAM PROCTER and GEORGE PROCTER, or any three of them sometime between this and the next Court are appoointed to appraise all and singular the Estate of JOHN ARMSTRONG, deced., which shall be presented to their view in money and make report thereof to the said next Court. JONATHAN GIBSON, Gent., or any other Justice of the Peace for this County, is requested to administer an Oath to the Appraisers for their true appraisment of the deced.'s Estate as also to FRANCES ARMSTRONG, the Executrix, for her true discovery thereof

      The Last Will and Testament of JOHN ARMSTRONG, deceased, was presented in Court by FRANCES ARMSTRONG, his Executrix, who made Oath thereto in open Court the first day of October last and being now proved by the Oaths of RICHARD PEARLE and JOHN ARMSTRONG, JUNR. witnesses thereto, is admitted to Record, and on the motion of the Executrix and her performing what is usuall in such cases, Certificate is granted her for obtaining a Pro- bate thereof in due form
