      Att a Court held for Northumberland County the 15th of Nov. Anno 1699
      Whereas it appears to this Court that an Attachm't is was awarded WILLIAM ANGELL ag't CHARLES CHELTON [sic] for twelve hundred forty Nine pounds of Tobacco & Casq' with Costs which is returned Executed as followeth (vizt.) Nov'r the Nineteenth 1699 The within Writt Executed according to the direcc'ons of the Compl't on the Cropp of the said CHARLES CHILTON [sic] the said Compl't owning that he hath the said CHILTONs Cropp now in his possession per me RICHD. FLYNT Jr. SubSheriffe and Whereas it appears to this Court that the said Pl't hath made Oath that the said CHILTON is Indebted to him by Account the sum'e of Eleven hundred forty Nine pounds of Tobacco and Casq' Judgement is granted the said ANGELL against the said CHELTON for the said sum'e of Eleven hundred forty Nine pounds of Tobacco and Casq' Attached as above said with Costs al's Exo.

      Judgment is confirmed unto WILLIAM HOWARD against the Sheriff for six hundred sixty three pounds of tobacco pursuant to an Order of this Court for ye Sheriff had not taken Bail according to Law and is ordered to be forthwith paid with costs als Execution
