The marke of a black and white heifer given to JOHN HOWELL by his Mother is a staple on the left Eare and a crop and a slit in the right;
the mark of a Brindle Heifer given to ELIZA. HOWELL by her Mother being four years old is three Slitts and a crop in the left Eare and a Stitt and a crop and underkeel in the right.
The marke of a Cow of nine years old given to SARAH HOWELL by her Mother is three slitts and a crop in the left Eare and a crop and two slitts in the right; the colour of the sd being black and white
