      KNOWE ALL MEN whome these pr:sents shall come, I FRANCIS SIMMONS being sick & ( ) memory doe order this my last Will & Testament;
      Imprs. I recommend my Souile to ( ) to be inter'd with disc( )
      2. As touching my worldly ( ) seate of Land I nowe ( ) & appurtenances thereon ( ) Sonne but my Will is that ( ) for her life time; I leave one Seate of ( )RPENTERs Plantacon which I fre( ) my Wife & her heires for ever;
      3. I bequeath unto my Wife all the ( ) unmoveable goods belonging unto mee excepting two ( ) Cowes, one feather bed & what p:taineth thereto which p:ticulars I leave to my Sonne, JOHN;
      4. I leave my two God Children two cowe calves to be paid in two yeares out of my Sonne JOHNs stock, (viz), one Cowe calfe to PHILLIP CARPENTERs Daughter, MARY, one to THOMAS KEENEs Sonne, THOMAS, & this paymt. is to begin the first yeare after my decease & soe to continue yearly if they fall out of that stock till they bee paid; 5, I will that my welbeloved Wife be full & lawfull Executrix for the fullfilling of this Will, leaveing her alsoe full power to take in all debts due to mee & to pay all debts due by mee to any p:son or p:sons and this Will I have & doe hereby declare to be my Last Will & Testament renouncing and disclaimeing all other Wills whatsoever; As Witnes my hand & seale this 16th day of Aprill 1661

      Jane Horsley her deposition,
      The deposition of Jane Horsley aged 40 years or there
      abouts examined the 2nd of April 1655, I the said Jane do
      averr upon my corporal oath that Mr. Seth Foster did
      acknowledge that he had received one cow of Francis
      Symons which cow presently after come by a mischance
      and further this depondent saith not.

      Henry Rocke his deposition,
      Henry Rocke aged 42 years or there abouts sworn and
      examined saith, July the 21st 1655, That Francis Symons
      the said [-----] [-----] to Mr. Seth Foster a cow and said that
      he did allot the said cow to the said Foster for a debt of five
      hundred pounds by bill [-----] said Foster paid well assume
      what course he should take [----] for the said cow, Francis
      Symons replied that he [----] her as his own provided that
      Mr. Foster gave him his [-----] and further this depondent
      saith that Francis Symons bid him take [-----] that her
      delivered the said cow to Mr. Foster.
