      This Indenture made the ^twenty^ first Day of
      May in the year of our Lord Seventeen hundred and forty
      Six Between Westall Ridgely of Prince Georges County
      Planter of the one part and W.m Reynolds of the City
      of Annapolis Merchant of the other part Witnesseth
      that the said Westall Ridgely for and in consideration
      of the Sum of fifty two pounds four Shillings & four
      pence Sterling in hand paid unto him the said Westall
      Ridgely by the said W.m Reynolds at and before the ensealing &
      Delivery of these presents the receipt whereof the said Westall
      Ridgely doth hereby acknowledge and confess hath demised
      Granted bargained and sold and by these presents doth
      demise grant bargain & sell unto the said W.m Reynolds
      his heirs and assigns all that Tract or parcell of land being
      part of Isaacs Park lying near the Eastern Branch
      of Potomack in Prince Georges County af.d Containing
      one hundred and fifty acres being the Dwelling plantation
      whereon the said Westall Ridgely now lives Together
      with all buildings Improvements proffits
      Advantages and appurtenances whatsoever to the
      same belonging or appertaining To have and to hold
      the Said Tract or parcell of land and premisses with the
      appurtenances unto the said W.m Reynolds his heirs &
      assignes for ever and the said Westall Ridgely for himself
      and his heirs doth covenant and agree to & with
      the said W.m Reynolds his heirs and assigns that
      he the said W.m Reynolds and his heirs shall and
      may at all times hereafter peaceably and Quietly
      have hold occupy & possess the said land and premisses
      without the Interruption of him the said Westall
      Ridgely and his heirs or any person claiming or to claim
      from by or under him or them or any of them Provided
      always and it is nevertheless agreed and concluded
      by and between the ^said^ parties to these presents & it is the
      true intent and meaning thereof that if the said
      Westall Ridgely his heirs Executors or administrators
      shall well and truly pay unto the said W.m Reynolds
      his heirs or assigns the full and entire sum of fifty two
      pounds four Shillings and four pence Sterling and the
      legal Interest thereof in Six months from the date hereof
      that then this present Indenture Demise bargain & Sale
      and every Clause and article therein contained Shall
      Cease determine be void and of none Effect any thing
      in these presents Contained to the Contrary notwithstanding
      In Witness whereof the said Westall
      Ridgely hath hereunto set his hand and seal the day &
      year first above written

      Court and did acknowledge the within Deed according to
      the true intent and meaning thereof and the right and
      property of the land and premisses therein granted bargained
      and sold to belong to W.m Reynolds within mentioned
      Recorded May 21.st 1746
