      March ye 9th 1699/1700. IN THE NAME OF GOD, Amen, I SUSANNA DAVIS being very sick & weake yet of perfect Minde & memory doe make & appoint this to be my last Will & Testament revoaking all other Will by me formerly maide eyther virball or to otherwise
      Imprimis I give my sould unto the hands of Almighty God that gave itt my body to ye Grave decently to be intered wth such Christian buryall as time & place will afford. As to my worldly Welth I give in manner as followeth
      Item I give unto my Sonne, JOB VIRGITT, twelve pence
      My fether bed in the outer room with ye boulster rugg & one blankett I give to my Sonn, THOMAS MEADOWS, and the Table and three chaires in the outer room likewise to my Daughter, ELIZABETH SHIPP, I doe give my Wamring pann my box & my trunk & all my vareing cloaths & all the rest of my Estate both goods and chattles within doores and without that apperteynth unto me I give to my Sonne, WILLIAM DAVIS, and Further my will is that my Sonne, THOMAS MEADOES be sole Executor of this my last Will and Testament as Witness my hand and seale this fifteenth of Febr: 1699

      The Condicon of this obligation is that if THOMAS MEADERS who att a Court held for Essex County the day and yeare abovesaid obteyned a Probate of the last Will and Testament of SUSANNA DAVIS deceased shall att all times hereafter performe and fullfill the said Will, pay and satisfie all such Legatees as therein are eipressed and doe performe
      whatsoever the Law enjoyn in such case then the above obligacon to be void otherwise to remaine in force
