Unto Frances Thorne, wid:, one man servant named Richard Coggin having 5 years to serve, but I give the said servant one year and do appoint the said servant to serve the said Thorne 4 years.
Unto the said Widow Thorne two cows by me bought of Thomas Marder.
To John Mourning Cooper my coster hatt.
Unto William Horton 3 yds. of searge being in my chest with buttons and silk belonging to the said searge.

A probat, granted FrancesThorn executrix therein named Wm. Horton Gent assumeing to be security with Frances is ordered to enter into bond. It is also ordered that Thomas Madder, Williamn Howell, and George Harris appraise the same.
It is also ordered that Frances Thorn pay John Couleing and Thomas Evans each 40 pounds of tobacco for their attendance each one day to prove Thomas Jones his will.

Several orders of this Court haveing passed that Mrs. Frances Thorn return an appraisement of the estate of John Manning, administration thereof being granted to her, ordered that unless shee return the same to the next Court, such further measures bee took therein as shall bee agreable to law.

The last will and testament of William Horton Gent. was proved by George Thorn, Danll Mills and Richd. Cockein; a probate granted Capt. Charles Ashton and Mr. George Eskridge, executors therein named, It is also ordered that Mr. Thomas Weedon, Mr. David Brown, Mr David Clemens and Mr. Thomas Chancellor appraise the estate.
Upon the motion of George Thorn, it is ordered that the executors of William Horton Gent doe pay him 40 pounds of tobacco for his attendance one day as an evidence to prove the last will and testament of William Horton.

It is also ordered that Henry Ashton, Benja. Berryman, Thomas Weedon, John Washington and Thomas Newton, Gent., appraise the estate.
