Property: Home furnishings and kitchen ware to be given to her at her marriage or coming of age, in addition to what she was left by her father in his will; mentions "my late husband THOMAS BARNETT" and "his two only children," MARY BARNETT and LUKE BARNETT; said LUKE is now joint Executor with SABINA of the father's estate; if SABINA dies before the children are set free under the terms of the father's will, then SABINA wishes them to be "at the command and under the tuition of Mr. THOMAS HALLYY," merchant of Calvert Co.
