      p. 108 I GILSON BERRYMAN of Stafford County being in perfect memory do make this 108 my last Will & Testament. Estate I give in this manner To my son JOHN BERRYMAN I give all my lands I've in possession on & my rights of any land that shall be found out or that I'm not contending for except the land that came by my late Wife which I give to her & further I give her a negro girl called Winifred that came by her. My lands whereon I live shall be the last' part of my Estate together with my Slaves that shall be sold to clearing debts but if the other part is not sufficient then my Exrs may proceed as they think convenient & after the Estate is out of Debt, then I desire my Exex to divide the personal Estate & equally between my three children & the Eldest to take the 1st choice. I revoke all other wills. I do appt Colo. FITZHUGH, Colo. PRESLY THORNTON, Capt. FRANCIS THORNTON JUNR. and Mr. AUGUSTINE WASHINGTON my Exers to this my last Will & Testament 28 July 1748.
