KNOW ALL MEN by these presents that I ABRAHAM WEEKES of the County of Middx in ye Collony of Virga Gent & MILLICENT my Wife for ye naturall affection wee bare to our Daughter CATHERINE the Wife of Mr. HENRY WILLIAM-
SON of ye County- of RAPPAHANOCK & for divers other considerations, have granted unto ye said Mr Henry Williamson & Catherine his Wife & ye heires of their Body all our right of part of a Patten & track of land conteining Nine hundred and fifty acres in the County of Middlesex upon ye North East side of ye great Swamp on ye head of Pean - katanck River as by ye said Patten dated the 20th of September 1683 the other part of the said Patten being sould unto my Sonn Mr FRANCIS WEEKES as by Deed of Sale it being ye land ye said Francis Weekes doth now live on. IN WITNESS we have sett our hands and fixed our seales the 30th day of June 1688

KNOW ALL MEN by these presents yt I MILLICENT the Wife of ABRAHAM WEEKES of ye County of Middlesex Gent. doe hereby appoint Mr. JOHN VAUSE to appeare for Me, at ye next Court held for ye aforesaid County. then & there to acknowledge my Right of Dower in a Deed of Giftt bareing date with these presents for part of ye Devident of land whereon my Son Mr. Francis Weekes now liveth unto my said Daughter Henry & Catherine Williamson, & for doing this shall be your Sufficient Warrant. Witness my hand & Seale this 30th day of June 1688.
