      David Anderson, "Junr.", became administrator.
      His securities were Turner Anderson and William Poindexter, his uncle or first cousin.
      The date was 9 Apr. 1782. (Louisa Will Book 2 p. 447)
      On 28 Jun 1782 David Anderson "for the natural affection which he Bears to his said Brothers & Sisters Above mentioned as parties of the second part (Robert, John, Ann, Suzannah, Kitty & Sally) & for the consideration of the sum of one shilling & three pence by them to him in hand paid the receipt Whereof he Doth hereby Acknowledge & Confess Hath Given Granted Bargained & sold & hereby Doth Give Grant Bargain Sell make over & Confirm unto them & each of them Respectively join Right & title Interest & Claim Equal to ? in Common With the Said David Anderson to all that Tract or Parcell of land lying & being in the County of Louisa on Peters Creek Whereof our father the late Robert Anfderson was in his Lifetime Possesed together with all the Residue of that Tract or parcel of Land purchased by him of James Johnson adjoining the aforesaid together with all Buildings Ways Woods Waters Rents & fees & profits & all & Singular the Appurtenances in anywise appertaining to the said Land the said David only Reserving to himself his Heirs and assigns forever an equal dividend or portion (?) of one seventh part the residue in Equal parts to his six brothers and sisters to wit Robert John Ann Suzanah Kittey (sic) and Sally their Equal parts of the said Land To in fee simple To have and hole (sic) for ever without ? hindrance or Mollestation claim or demand From the said David his Heirs or Assigns or any Person or Persons Claiming by from or under them or any of them of the said Robert Ann Suzanah Kitty & Sally Anderson their heirs & assigns forever."       KNOW ALL MEN by these presents that I FRANCIS SLOUGHTER of County of Culpeper Virginia for Divers good causes and considerations to me moveing have this day and by these presents ordained and appointed REUBEN SLOUGHTER of the County and Collony aforesaid and ROBERT ANDERSON of County of LOUISA and Collony aforesaid my Rightful! and Lawfull Attorney for me and in my name as well in said County and Collony aforesaid as in any other County of this Collony to act in all manner of suits that shall in my behalf be commenced after the Ensealing of these presents and in my name to Issue all and all manner of process for me and in my name to execute which shall be as good and authentick for me my heirs Executors and Administrators to us as though I have in person acted the same, But more especially for them or either of them the said REUBEN SLOUGHTER and ROBERT ANDERSON prosecuting or indeavouring to prosecute and sue for a certain track of land lying and being in County of FAIRFAX formerly granted to CADWALLADER JONES and now in the possession of (blank) And I do by these presents appoint them REUBEN SLOUGHTER and ROBERT ANDERSON my Lawful! Attorneys as aforesaid revoking all other Deed and Deeds whatsoever to any person made by me concerning or in any wise touching said Land or any part thereof and fixed my Seal this Seventeenth day of March One thousand seven hundred and seventy nine
