      Nov. 29, 1760. Thomas Moore of King William County, Gent., and Joanna, his wife, to Bernard Moore of same County, Gent. Whereas, Augustine Moore of the Co. of King Wm., Gent., Decd., father of the Parties to these presents, did by his will, dated Jany. 6, 1742, devise a part of a tract of land in Spts. Co. to his son, Augustine Moore, Junr., and in case of the death of the sd. Augustine, Junr., without children, then to his sons, Bernard and Thomas Moore, afsd., the sd. Augustine, junr., dying without issue, the sd. Bernard and Thomas entered into possession of the sd. tract. Now, the sd. Thomas Moore for the sum of 360, pd. by the sd. Bernard, does convey to him all that moiety or half part of the Fork Tract devised sd. Thomas by his father, etc., containing 1855 1/2 a. in Spts. County, etc. Frans. Muneas, William STANARD, Abram FARGESON. Decr. 1, 1760.
