      KNOW ALL MEN by these presents that I WILLIAM STANARD of the County of Middx. in Virga: doe depute & appoynt my loveing Brother EDWEN CONWAY my true & Lawful Attorney for me and in my name and to my proper use to aske sue for & recover all maner of Debts dues & demands whatsoever that may be due unto me from any maner of person or persons whatsoever, and after ye Receipt of any such Debt or Debts Acquittances or other Discharges in my name to make and Signe, and I doe further impower my said Attorney to answer any maner of Law Suites that shall be brought agt me ye said STANARD in any Courte held within Virga. aforesd and Whatsoever my Attorney shall act or doe shall be as Authentique Lawful & as firme as I my selfe could act were I personally present.
