1. Elizabeth Magruder --wife
-to have for her natural life all testator's lands lying to the westward of the lines beginning in a small branch where it intersects the given line of a tract of land called "Cox Hays" now in testator's possession a little distance above a bridge over the said branch on the main road leading to the ferry and thence running down the said branch until it intersects the 2nd line of the said tract
-to have Negro man "Bob" and Negro woman "Mary
-to have over and above the Negroes now in testator's possession
-to have all of testator's household furniture, plantation utensils of every kind
2. Alexander Howard Magruder --son
-to have the lands lying to the eastward of the lands devised to testator's widow being part of 2 tracts of land called "Cox Hays" and the other being "Taylor's Marsh"
--to have the above lands with conditions that he pay the sum of 500 pounds to testator's widow w/in 6 months
-named executor of the will
3. Leonard Magruder --son
-the 500 pounds Alexander is to pay to testator's widow is for the purpose of educating Leonard
4. William Magruder --son
-testator's son Alexander to purchase for William 200 acres of land lying either in Prince George's or Frederick Counties which testator's son William may think of indisputable title and equal quality with the lands of testator's dwelling plantation
-to have 5 ewes and lambs
5. James Truman Magruder --son
-Alexander to make over to James by sufficient deed the testator's dwelling plantation
6. Susanna (Magruder?) --daughter
-to have 1 feather bed and fun.

Indenture made November 1, 1791; William Dent Beall of PGco in consideration of 750 pounds paid by John Mackall Gantt of Georgetown, Montgomery County, Maryland has sold part of a tract called "Taylorton" which he purchased of Thomas Gantt it being that part which was last purchased of Thomas Gantt grandfather of the said Thomas Gantt of Samuel Taylor and uxor containing 320 acres. Signed Wm D. Beall in the presence of and acknowledged before Robert Bowie, Thos. Gantt and at the same time Sarah Beall w/o William Dent Beall relinquished her right of dower
