      To son Samuel, ex., and hrs., dwelling plantation "Ayres" and "Chew's Right," cont. 900 A., house and plantation over the creek being pt. of "Carter Bennett," cont. 450 A., the lands adj. to both plans, called "Oblong" and pt. of "Hunt's Mount," sd. lands being all contiguous and cont. about 1,800 A.; following tracts in. Calvert Co.: 550 A. "Starling's Nest," 40 A. "Starling's Chance," 540 A. "Popinjay," 49 A. "Chew's Fortune," 100 A.
