Land in Baltimore Co. (page 126), called 'Forest" and "Adventure.; that sd. land be sold, and I have contracted with Jacob Franklin to convey unto him tract called 'Gordon,' which a certain Benj. Harrison, land called Beaver.
To wife JANE GALLOWAY, sum of 1000 pounds money or the Province of Pennsylvania to be paid to her at Philadelphia by my ex. At decease of my wife, to my young. dau.
As soon as my decease, that my wife, with my young. dau., be removed to Philadelphia by my exs.
To son JOSEPH GALLOWAY, several tracts called "Cambustone" devised unto me by my father, SAMUEL GALLOWAY, and land I purchased of John Gills called "Cambustone," and tract "Beaver Dam" and tract "Cumberstone," and 2 tracts formerly belonging to John Blackmore.
Appoint son SAMUEL GALLOWAY, to be guardian to my son JOSEPH, until of age.
To young. dau. JENNY GALLOWAY, 1/4 pt. of clear residue of my estate.
Wife, JANE GALLOWAY, to educate my dau. ANA.

Testator states that having on the 27th day of llth mo. 1730, and before marriage with his now wife Elizabeth secured to her 200 A. "Batchellor's Fortune," she is to possess said land during her life; also part of "Johns' Addition," adjoining; certain portion of personalty and 1/8 of personal estate in lieu of dowry.
