To 3rd son Samuel Gover, pt. of tract called Gover's Fearon in Anne Co.; tract lying in Calvert Co. called Gover's Addition.
Whereas I have a right by my dec'd father Ephraim Gover's will, to sundry lands after death of my bro. Ephraim Gover, and sister Mary Gover, that after death of bro. Ephraim, and sister Mary, in case they shd. die without issue, all my lands afsd. I give to daus: Sarah, Mary, Rachel, Jane, Margaret, Elizabeth and Hannah Gover, equally.
To wife Sarah Gover, 1/3 of lands.
