- In 1735 a Randall HOLEBROOK is listed as a tobacco tender (Overwharton Parish Register, Stafford County, Virginia. Page 164). He was paid 150 pounds of tobacco from the estate of Dr. Walter GRIFFIN (Prince William County, Virginia) (Will Book C,pps 208-9)

In the action upon the Case brought by RANDOLPH HOLEBROOK and MARY his Wife against JAMES GRANT for Four thousand pounds of tobacco damage for not paying two thousand pounds of tobacco due by Account. The Defendt. being returned arrested and failing to appear, Therefore order is granted against the Sheriff unless the said Defendant appear at next Court and answer the said action

Pages 156-158. Nov. 31, 1733. Randall Holbrook of Stafford Co, planter and Jannett his wife executrix of last will of Henry Connyers late of said Co. dec. her former husband to Sarah Connyers alias Patterson of said Co., spinster daughter of said Jannet....Henry Connyers was seized in his life time in 202 a. on Goose Creek in Pr. William Co. and by his will devised the said land to said Jannett .....for love and affection which Jannett beareth to her daughter Sarah and for her better prefirment and advancement in marriage have granted, promissed and agreed to and with Sarah Connyers als. Patterson tract of land containing 202 a.....land on south side of Goose Cr....also one negro slave named Jenny to the use of them Randall Holbrooke and Jannett for and during the natural life of said Jannett and after her dec. to the use of the said Sarah Connyers als. Patterson for the term of her natual live and after her dec. to the use of the first son lawfully to be begotten by the body of the said Sarah Connyers als. Patterson and of the heirs of the first begotten and for default of such issue then to use of second son lawfully to be begotten.

A schedule or inventory of cattle goods and chattels:
2 feather beds, 2 bolsters, 4 pillows, a quilt, a silk rug, 2 pair of blanketts, 4 pair of sheets, 8 pillow cases, 7 pewter basons, 3 pewter dishes, a pewter chamberpot, 3 iron potts, one holds, 5 galls:, 1 seven and the other 4 or hereabouts, a flesh fork and ladle, a trunk - a small gilt one, 1 old trunk, an oval table, 3 cows and calves, 9 hogs, a mare called Jugg and her colt and their increase, and dozen and half plates.
