      On Jun 22, 1723, Josh Thomas came before me and made oath that Wm Connell, the son of Dennis & Mary Connell, was a sucking child and the sd Mary wanted this deponent to set down the day of the birth of the sd Wm in her Bible in these words (viz) Wm Connel was born in Mattawoman .[Cr] Apr 2, 1693.
