-to have 4 hogsheads of crop tobacco to cont. 4000 lbs net of tobacco
2. Elizabeth Belt --daughter -to have Negro woman called "Quarter Poll" and Negro girl -Juliet"
3, Samuel Tyler --son
-to have Negro man "Harry' and Negro woman "Nell" and her two youngest sons "Huston" and "Phil"
-to have I feather bed and furn., 2 cows and calves, 6 sheep and all the money that
he owes testator for paving Somerville's judgement
4. Christian Pratt -daughter -to have Negro girl "Henny" and Negro boy "Ned"
5. Ann Tyler --daughter
-to have Negro woman "Poll" a Negro lad -Dennis" and his three sisters "Rachel" "Sarah" and "Eliza"
-to have 1 feather bed and furn., I horse and sulky, 1cow and calf. 6 sheep, 1 bureau.

from David Ross on judgement and also another debt due on judgement from
Samuel Wilson
7. William Tyler --son
-to have mulatto boy "Jacob"
-to have a horse, saddle, and bridle, or the value in dollars should he prefer it, S100.00 in cash to complete his education in the "Medicinal line and to Enable him to Procure. Instruments and Medicine Sufficient to commence practice,"
8. Susanna Hodges --daughter
-to have Negro girl "Harriet" and Negro boy "Billy"
9. Grafton Tyler --son
-to have the residue and remainder of testator's cstaim both real and personal on the condition that he pay testator's debts, and all the product of testator's crops and Negroes—after legacies to William are deducted
--to be applied to discharging testator's debts during the time of Grafton's minority, and should they not all be discharged by the time Grafton arrives at age 21, and he refuses to pay the balance of the debts. then his share of the estate is to be sold
