MUSCOE, JAS. GARNETT, THOS JONES & WM. ROAN Gent Justices for the County of Essex in the sum of two hundred pounds Sterl. witness our hands and seals this XVIIth day of May MDCCXXXVII THE CONDITION of this obligation is such that if ye above bound HENRY CRITTENDOM Admr. of all the goods chattels & credits of BENJAMIN MOSELEY deced do make or cause to be made a true & perfect inventory of all the goods chattels & credits of the sd deced the same so made do exhibit or cause to be exhibited in the County Court of Essex at such time as he shall be thereunto required by the said Court & further do make a just and true account of his actings & doings therein when thereto required by the sd Court and provided if it shall hereafter appear that any last Will and Testament was made by the sd Deced & the Exr. or Exrs. named do exhibit the same in sd Court making request to have it allowed & approved Accordingly if the said HENRY being thereunto required do deliver up his Letters of Admon. approabtion of such Testament being first had and made in the sd Court Then this obligation to be void and of none effect . .
