      KNOW ALL MEN by these present,: that I THOMAS BROWNE of the County of ACCOMACK in Virga: for divers considerations me hereunto especially moveing & for & in consideration of Two Servants to me to be paid as is expressed by two Bills bearing date with these presents do hereby give & grant all my right title & interest of a Pattent of Six hundred & sixty acres of land formerly WILLIAM YARRITs & sold by the said WILLIAM YARRIT to Mr, SMART & assigned to my Loving Mother URSULA BROWN alias FLEMING as by ye sd Assignemt: may appear. Now Know ye that I THOMAS BROWN do deliver up all my right of the sd Land from me & my heirs unto my Father in Law Capt. ALEX FLEMING & his heirs & assignes for ever with all appurtenances belonging to the said Land from me & my heirs In Witness to the abovesaid premises I hereunto set my hand & Seal this 14th day of February Ao. 1664

      I THOMAS BROWN of the County of ACCOMACK in Virginia do by these presents constitute & appoint my Loveing Friend ROBERT MAPES my true & lawful Attorney for me & in the behalf of me & my heirs to acknowledge a Pattent or an assignmt: of Six hundred & Sixty acres of land that I the said THOMAS BROWN have given & granted unto my Father in Law Capt. ALEXANDER FLEMING & his heirs the said land being formerly Mr. WILLIAM YARRETTs & from him assigned to SMART & so from Mr. WILLIAM SMART sold to my Loving Mother Mrs: URSULA BROWN alias FLEMING I give power to my sd Attorny to acknowledge the sd Land in the County Court according to Law & whatsoever my attorny shall do in the premises I shall allow.
      In witness whereof I hereunto set my hand & seal this 14th day of February 1664 Test WILL HOGGE, THO. BROWNE seal
