      - Ordered by this Court that the Estate belonginge to the Orphts. of FRANCIS PORTER (deced) bee forthwth: delivered by THOMAS WELLS and MARGARET his Wife, unto Major EDWARD DALE, High Sheriffe of this County, accordinge to the Inventory exhibited to this Court in tobaccoe accordinge to the apprizemt. or otherwise upon their refusall of payeing the saide tobaccoe, the saide Sheriffe to take that pte: of the saide Estate and sell the same att an Outcry for the use of the saide Orphts. and to make reparte thereof to the nexte Court

Estate accordinge to Lave, It is therefore ordered that the Bills in the possession of the Clerke of this County taken in the name of this Court for the use of the saide Orphts. bee forthwth: delivered by the saide Clerke upon their Bond given to this Court for p:for-

PAGE for the saide Thirds for the terme of time of six yeres from the time of the saide Lease granted, the saide WELLS clandestinely departeing this County and ye sde. MARGARET not being of capacity to comply with ( ) and noe consideracon being menconed for the sde. ( ) except the saide THO: WELLS had complied wth: his pte, in ye Lease.
