Land I bought of my brother John Christopher, I give to my godson Robert Christopher, to him and his heirs.
Cousin Thomas Ashburn's children-twenty yards of Dowlace apiece; and ten to my brother John Christopher; also a suit of cloaths and a great coat.
Rest of my estate to be equally divided between my mother and my, cousin Robert Christopher.
My mother and my brother John Christopher, executors.

Son George Christopher-three thousand pounds of tobacco and two years schooling to be paid out of my estate.

Son Robert Christopher-the plantation whereon I now live, two years schooling and. two thousand pounds of tobacco to be paid of my estate.
Wife Jane Christopher-all the rest of my personal estate.

son William-my plantation.
Son John-land I bought of Capt. John Cralle.
Son Henry-five hundred pounds of tobacco to help him towards building on his own land, which I presume may descend to him from his mother.
Daughter Eliza the wife of John Lewis..as much linin as will make a pair of sheets.
Daughter Hannah-one shilling, she having had sufficient portion before.
Rest of my personal estate to be divided equally between my wife Anne, and my three sons Henry, John, and William.
If my wife should alter her mind, and claim a third part, then the remaining two thirds to be equally divided between my three sons.
my estate not to be appraised or inventoried as I owe nothing.

Son John Christopher-all the land that I now live on, it being the land my father lived on, and the land that came to me by William Yarrotts adjoining to the land I now live on, fifty acres of land and marsh that I bought of Noah Rogers to him and his lawfully begotten heirs of his body.
Son Henry Christopher-land that my father lived on and the land that my brother Henry Christopher bought of Richard Eaton.
Daughter Winefred Christopher-land on the Southside of Rumble Marsh Branch that joins to Isaac Edwards and the land of John Conway and the land of Thomas Pullins, to her and her lawfully begotten heirs of her body and if none to daughter Susanna Christopher.
Daughter Susanna Christopher-the land that lies between Rumble Marsh and the land of my son John Christopher, already given to her and her heirs lawfully begotten of her body; if none to daughter Winefred Christopher.
Daughter Hannah Haynie-three thousand pounds of tobacco. Son John Christopher-one dark Bay horse colt neither cut or docked, set of pistols and holster, sword, gun and cartridge box.
Son. Henry Christopher-gun named the light gun, set of pistols and holsters, sword, cartridge box.
Wife Susannah-her choice of negroes during her natural life and a third part of my estate.
Rest of estate to be equally divided between children John Christopher, Winefred Christopher, Henry Christopher, Susannah Christopher, Hannah Christopher, and Hannah Haynie.
My clothes to two sons John and Henry Christopher.
All tobacco and corn now growing to wife for use of the family. Wife and son John Christopher executors.
