      THIS INDENTURE made the first day of Decembr: one thousand seven hundred and Fourteen and in the first yeare of the Reigne of our Sovereigne Lord King George Between ANNE GREEN of the Pish: of Farnham and County of Richmond of the one p:tie and STANDLEY GOAR and WINNIFRED his Wife of the said Pish: & County of the other p:tie; Wittnesseth yt: ye said ANNE GREEN in consideration of the naturall love and affection I have and bare unto my Son in Law, ye said STANDLEY GOAR and my Daughter, WINNIFRED his Wife, and for divers other causes and considerations me thereunto especially moving by these p:sents do give confirme and make over unto STANDLEY GOAR and WINNIFRED his Wife during their naturall lives and to ye longest liver of them and after their deaths to the heirs of the said STANDLEY GOAR begotten of the said WINNIFRED and for want of such heirs to the right heir of the sd. WINNIFRED and their heirs for ever: all that piece of land lying in the Pish: and County aforesd. containing One hundred acres being the devident of Land I now live on and is to be laid out contiguous to the head line of the said Devident and to include ye Plantation wth. the appurtenances where EDWARD GILL lately lived, together with all houses orchards profits and appurtenances belonging; To have and to hold the one hundred acres of land with all appurtenances unto STANDLEY GOAR and WINNIFRED his Wife during their natural! lives and after their decease as aforesd: In Witness whereof I the sd. ANN GREEN have hereunto sett my hand and affixed my seal the day and year first above written
