      THIS INDENTURE made the twentieth day of February 1722 Between DANIELL BROWN of the County of Essex in Parish of So farnham of one part & SAMUELL FARGUSON & ANN his Wife of the aforesaid County & Parish Witnesseth that said Daniel Brown for love and good will that he hath for his Daughter Ann the Wife of the aforesaid Samuel! Farguson & more especially for the sum of Twenty Shill of good and lawful' money of England he the said Daniell doth hereby acknowledge hath granted unto Samuel! Farguson & Ann Farguson Wife to sd Samuel! all that Plantation or Parcel! of land formerly known by the name of FRANCIS BROWNs containing one hundred acres in County of Essex & in Parish of Sofarnham & on the Eastside of a branch called the Middle Branch it being the land &premises that Francis Brown bequeathed to his Wife during her life & then to Daniel Brown his son during his life & after his death to ANN BROWN Daughter to the said Daniel Brown & now Wife to the aforesaid Samuel! Farguson All Rights whatsoever to the aforesaid one hundred acres of land as well in equity to the same & every part thereof (the young orchard of apple trees that hath been planted thereon since the death of the aforenamed Francis Brown only excluded) To hold Provided that they the said Samuell & Ann his Wife shall thereon dwell themselves but not lett the same to harme the said one hundred acres of land & premises during the life of her the said Ann & no longer to acknowledge this Deed in open Court when thereunto required
