He died intestate and having no issue it fell to his sisters; Mary, Alice, Sarah, Ann, Sophia and Judah. John Emerson was the oldest son of Sophia Emerson, deceased, one of the co-heirs. === Hawkins, Henry, {TA} 24th Dec., 1662; 15th Aug., 1673.
