      I, George Dyer of CC, being of sound mind altho weak in body;
      To wife Sarah Dyer, all my property both real and property during her natural life, and her death to grandson George Henry Gardiner at age of 21 yrs; but if he dies before 21 yrs, then 1/3 part to brother Thomas Dyer, 1/3 to brother Giles Green Dyer and the residue to the heirs of deceased brother Francis Clements Dyer.
      To poor of lower Zachia congregation, 10 pounds current money
      Item: it is my will that my executors collect all the debts due me, and sell all the tobacco in my possession, and purchase bank stock and the profits arising be applied to the education of my grandson George Henry Gardiner.

      Indenture made August 31, 1793; Whereas Francis Clement Dyer filed his bill of complaint in the court of chancery against the widow and infant heirs of William Clagett, deceased to obtain a conveyance of the lands therein mentioned and whereas afterwards at May Term 1793, the Honorable Alexander Contee Hanson, Chancellor directed that a deed should be executed to convey the said lands; and whereas Nathaniel Clagett as guardian to the infant heirs was authorized by the court to excute a deed. Now this indenture witnesseth that Nathaniel Clagett in consideration of the premises and 5 shillings has sold unto Francis Clement Dyer those tracts which were conveyed by Francis Clement Dyer and Nicholas Blacklock, sheriff unto William Clagett, deceased being part of a tract called "Edelens Hogpen", "Nelsons Error", "Doncaster" and "Dyers Meadow". Apr 12, 1794 from Henry Hardey of Prince Georges County, to Teracy Caterine Redmond of CC, for the natural love he has for sd Teracy, his daughter, and for 5 shillings, a parcel of land, being part of 2 tracts of land in CC, the one called Dukes Delight, the other called Molleys Delight, which parcel is bounded by the south side of Mattawoman main branch, the lines of Doctor Joseph Mudd's land being part of Molleys Delight, Patrick Morelands part of Dukes Delight, containing about 318 acres. Sd Hardey reserves the full use and occupation of sd lands and 'premises to himself, during his life. Signed - Henry Hardey. Wit - Frans Clemt Dyer, Niche Young (Prince Georges County JP's). This deed was acknowledged in Prince Georges County by Henry Hardey; Catharine Hardey, wife of the sd Henry Hardey, relinquished her right of dower.       Indenture May 16, 1797; Nicholas Blacklock in consideration of 500 pounds current money paid by George Dyar of Prince George's County, doth sell all the four following tracts of land to wit; "Monmouth", Monmouth Enlarged", Jacobs Birthwright" and "Keeth's Rest".
      1) "Monmouth", Monmouth Enlarged", Jacobs Birthwright" bounded by "Waters Risk", Brightwell", and Joseph Johnson's land, and containing 133 acres 2 rods and 2 poles
      2) "Keeth's Rest" beginning at the 4th boundary of "Millers Choice", the land of Francis Wheatly ad the third line of Monmouth Enlarged" containing 122 acres 1 rod and 28 perches.
