      TO ALL TO WHOME these presents shall come, HANNAH ACCUS [Acre], Widdow and Relict of WILLIAM ACCUS of Richmond County deced., sendeth Greeting. Know yee that I said HANNAH ACCUS for divers good and valuable considerations me thereunto moving but more especially for and on an agreement had and made and agreed on by and between THOMAS PERCIVALL on Behalfe of his Son, WILLIAM PERCIVALL_ begotten on the body of KATHERINE PERCIVALL, the Eldest Sister of the said WILLIAM ACCUS deced.. and CORMACK McCARMAN and ELIZABETH his Wife, one other Sister of said WILLIAM ACCUS deced and the said HANNAH converning the Division of the said WILLIAM ACCUS, his Estate a sufficient part whereof being by them surrendered and delivered up to me the said HANNAH do for me my heirs for ever Release and quitt clayme unto them the said THOMAS for the use of the said WILLIAM and to CORMACK and ELIZABETH and every of their heirs &c all my right and title of Dower of in and to the lands the said WILLIAM ACCUS lately bought of Mr. GEORGE GLASCOCK deced.. which I now have or hereafter ought to have to the said land and premises with the appurtenances, As Wittness my hand and seale this 19th day of June 1714
